The Intern Exchange

We are in a season of growth and looking for someone to join our team! Please read below and if you think you’d be a good fit reach out. We are looking for a self-starter who is down to work alongside Erin Rose on our social media and spread the word of Trust and Travel in new and creative ways.

This position is an exchange. We are offering a spot in a shared room on our Sicily Retreat in May (or retreat at a later date if you cannot make it) for a 6-month commitment of an average of 10 hours per week. (Please see Sicily retreat details here).

The skills we need include writing and editing, sharp attention to detail, content curation, ability to use Canva to design templates and basic posts, and social media wizardry (you can grow our audience without compromising on the quality of content,) knowledge and interest in the literary world.

Must be bilingual. If you are living outside of the states please apply.

This role will include:

-IG management & audience interaction

-Creating reels and staying up to date on new trends

-Growing our audience into new communities and regions while diversifying the voice of writers featured on our platform

-Curating and creating new content including writing prompts, author quotes, and discovering emerging writers and new voices we want to share

-Content creation on the Sicily Retreat including imagery, stories, reels and more
